Questions Serious B2B Buyers Ask Before They Commit.
Clear answers about what Infinizy is, what the research can support and where we draw the line between evidence and interpretation.
Is Infinizy a database or software platform?
No. Infinizy is a managed B2B commercial-intelligence service. We may use databases, structured data, business events, web research and AI-assisted workflows as inputs, but the client receives a finished research output rather than another platform to operate.
How is this different from Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo or Sales Navigator?
Those tools can be valuable inputs and clients can keep using them. Infinizy focuses on the last-mile decision: translating your criteria into a research model, qualifying accounts, interpreting relevant context, mapping buyers and delivering a structured output your team can act on.
What does “human-reviewed” mean?
Human review is used where judgment matters most—ambiguous company matching, qualification, important evidence, buyer relevance, contact checks and final interpretation. Not every field requires the same manual effort, so the exact QA model depends on scope.
Does a signal mean the account is ready to buy?
No. We deliberately separate a dated business signal from buying intent. A signal may justify deeper research or higher priority, but it does not prove budget, dissatisfaction, purchase timing or willingness to change.
Can you work with our existing CRM or account list?
Yes. Infinizy can start from a new market universe or from data you already own. We can enrich, segment, deduplicate, resolve entities, map buyers and add research context according to the agreed scope.
Which markets can you research?
Infinizy supports single-country, multi-market and global B2B research. Coverage and research depth depend on the specific criteria, source availability and verification requirements, so unusual markets are normally tested with a feasibility sample.
Can you support healthcare research?
Yes for company, organization, technology, growth and buyer research where reliable sources are available. Specialist clinical, claims, provider-affiliation or IDN datasets may require separate sources; we do not imply that depth by default.
What is the 5-account sample?
It is a small proof mechanism designed to show how we interpret your criteria and structure the research. It is not a generic free lead list. Some requirements may need a paid feasibility pilot instead if the research is unusually deep.
What happens after the sample?
If the model looks useful, the next step is usually a focused pilot, larger market-intelligence project or recurring intelligence program. The scope should scale only after the qualification and evidence standard is working.
Can Infinizy run outbound as well?
Where appropriate, Infinizy can support campaign-ready audiences, outbound execution and interested-response handling. Intelligence remains the foundation; activation is optional and separately scoped.
How do you handle custom intelligence requests?
We translate the question into observable criteria, check whether appropriate sources exist, test a small sample and define what can be verified vs inferred. If the requirement depends on data we cannot support reliably, we should say so before scaling.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on research depth, account volume, buyer coverage, verification requirements, source complexity, refresh frequency and whether the work is a one-time project or recurring program. A sample or scoping review is used to define the right model.
