2. No guarantee of outcomes
Website descriptions explain Infinizy's services and methodology. They do not guarantee pipeline, meetings, revenue, acquisition outcomes, purchase intent, data availability or a specific business result.
3. Samples and illustrative content
Any fictional or illustrative account brief is presented to demonstrate format and methodology only. It should not be interpreted as factual information about a real company or as a performance claim.
4. Service scope
The exact research fields, source requirements, verification standards, delivery format, pricing, timelines and permitted uses for a client project are defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work. Website content does not override a signed agreement.
5. Data and research limitations
B2B data can change over time and third-party sources can contain errors. Infinizy aims to apply the quality standard agreed for the engagement but does not warrant that every third-party data point will remain complete, current or error-free after delivery.
